What is the Truth about PowerYourWay?
The Truth about PowerYourWay is a public service web site funded by a
Manhattan consumer of ConEd and Energetix electricity. The
purpose is to provide an easy-to-use comparison of the available energy
suppliers. The the web site is impartial, and attempts to display
all information correctly and fairly. If you have tried to choose
an electricity supplier on your own, you know it is not an easy thing
to do. We hope this web site will make it easier for you.
We have no financial or personal interest in any energy supplier,
nor do we have an interest in getting anyone to switch.
Please email us your electricity bill!
If you have switched ESCOs, please send us your bill so that we can
update and verify
the information posted online.
Please scan your bill into jpg or gif format, and email it to us:
- Before scanning, black out any personally identifiable
information including:
- Name
- Street Address
- Account number
- Computer codes (if there are any)
- Bar codes (if there are any)
- Scan the bill into your computer. Scan in Black & White and
save as gif or jpg.
- Email the image file to info@poweryourwaytruth.org.

If you'd like to submit a "Customer testimonial" about your experience
with an energy supplier (good or bad), please include your name and
location as you'd like it to appear on the site (e.g. "Matt G.,
Manhattan").
